Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product design. Each item is custom-made to your order.
2. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Our Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine whether your item is eligible for a return or exchange.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
We will process your refund or send you a replacement item as soon as possible after we receive the returned item.
5. Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
